Chad Bianco

簡介：本次選舉中曝光率最高的共和黨候選人之一，是一位基督徒，與家人在加州河濱縣的 Sandals Church 聚會。整體政策方向偏向保守派，目前民調排名第二。

Overview: One of the most visible Republican candidates in this race. A Christian who attends Sandals Church in Riverside County, California, with his family. His overall policy direction leans conservative. Currently polling in second place.

Key Considerations: In June 2020, during the Black Lives Matter protests in Riverside, he oversaw law enforcement deployment. Photos and videos showed him leading officers to kneel alongside protesters.

簡介：年少時曾受嬉皮文化影響並染上毒癮。後來他與耶穌相遇，生命徹底改變，悔改並受洗歸入主的名下。1994 年，他與妻子一同建立豐收磐石教會，並持續服事至今。他致力於帶領加州回轉向主，並推動各地復興聚會。​從屬靈角度來看，他幾乎沒有缺點，是一位理想的候選人，整體立場以聖經原則為根基。

注意事項：由於競選團隊運作失誤，未能及時提交必要文件，導致無法正式列名選票，只能以填寫候選人（write-in）方式參選。這也引發一個問題：若當選後，是否有足夠強而有力的團隊來支撐州政府的實際運作。

Overview: In his younger years, he was influenced by the hippie culture and struggled with drug addiction. He later had a personal encounter with Jesus, which transformed his life—leading him to repent and be baptized. In 1994, he and his wife founded Harvest Rock Church, where he continues to serve today. He is committed to leading California back to the Lord and advancing revival movements.

Strength: Spiritually, he is considered a highly ideal candidate, with positions strongly aligned with biblical principles.

Key Considerations: Due to campaign operational issues, he was unable to meet filing requirements in time and is running as a write-in candidate. This raises questions about whether he would have a sufficiently strong team to effectively govern a state as large as California.

Overview: One of the most visible Republican candidates in this race and currently polling in first place. His policy direction generally leans conservative. He is not a Christian; please pray for his salvation.

Key Considerations: Previously served as an advisor to former UK Prime Minister David Cameron and supported liberal social policies, including same-sex marriage. Earlier in this gubernatorial campaign, he also expressed support for abortion.

提案 D、E、F 說明

​

在Pinole市，目前一共有五位市議員，市長由市議會內部投票選出。

​

現在的制度是，市長不由選民投票產生，而是由市議員多數決選出，而且這個職位每年輪流更換。這種做法是依照加州法律（Government Code Section 36801）所允許的。

​

如果市民在這次提案D中投下多數同意票，市長就改由選民直接選出。

根據法律（Government Code Sections 34900–34906），即使改成民選市長，市長仍然是市議會的一員，擁有的權力和責任，與目前由市議會選出的市長是相同的。

​

這次關於 Pinole 市長制度的選票上，一共有三個問題：

Measure D ，是否要由選民直接選出市長，並同時選出四位市議員（Yes 或 No）。
Measure E，市長任期是否改為兩年？（目前是一年）
Measure F，市長任期是否改為四年？（目前是一年）

Explanation of Measures D, E, and F

​

In the City of Pinole, there are currently five City Council Members, and the Mayor is selected by a majority vote of the City Council.

​

Under the current system, the Mayor is not elected by voters but is chosen by the City Council, and the position rotates annually. This procedure is authorized under California law (Government Code Section 36801).

​

If a majority of voters approve Measure D, the Mayor will be directly elected by the voters.

According to the law (Government Code Sections 34900–34906), even if the Mayor is directly elected, the Mayor will still be a member of the City Council and will have the same powers and duties as the current Mayor selected by the Council.

​

There are three questions on the ballot regarding the Mayor system in Pinole:

Measure D: Should the Mayor be directly elected by voters, along with four City Council Members? (Yes or No)
Measure E: Should the Mayor’s term be changed to two years? (Currently one year)
Measure F: Should the Mayor’s term be changed to four years? (Currently one year)
